Description: This is an Alberta Emergency Alert. Yellowhead County has updated its Wildfire Alert.
The mandatory evacuation order for the community of Peers and everyone in the impacted area remains in effect.
Area: The wildfire in the area remains out of control.

Action to take:
- Everyone in the community of Peers must remain evacuated
- There is no timeline for re-entry
- Yellowhead County will advise all residents when it is safe to return home
- The reception centre is still located at the Holiday Inn in Edson
- All evacuees are encouraged to register or Call 1-833-334-4630 if you require support
- Everyone in the area should stay tuned to local media, Yellowhead County officials and Alberta Emergency Alert for updates in case this situation deteriorates
